Questions, ideas, workshop enquiries or something you think deserves a closer look.

AccessSphere works around the realities of care, practical learning and the recurring gaps that appear between training and everyday practice.
Whether you work in care, receive care, support someone who does or represent an organisation, you are welcome to get in touch.

Tell us a little about your enquiry

Comfirm

You are a human being. That is enough reason.

Please protect people’s privacy

If you are sharing a care experience or frontline observation, please avoid including names, addresses, exact locations, identifiable medical details or other information that could identify a service user, worker or organisation unless it is genuinely necessary and you have the right to share it.
A useful observation can usually be explained without identifying the person involved.

We are interested in the pattern, the experience and what can be learned from it, not exposing individuals.

What happens after you contact us?

Messages are reviewed personally.
Where an enquiry relates to training, resources or collaboration, AccessSphere may reply with follow-up questions so we can understand what you actually need.
Sharing an experience does not automatically mean it will become content, a resource or a workshop topic.
Sometimes the right next step is simply to listen, record the issue and look for a wider pattern.

Good ideas often begin with someone noticing that something could work better.

If there is a care-floor problem, learning gap or practical question you think AccessSphere should understand, start the conversation..
